Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated full-time Clinical Nurse Specialist to join our vibrant treatment team. As a vital member of our medically-based organization, you will play a crucial role in helping clients achieve their desired aesthetic outcomes while delivering exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer all laser hair removal procedures in accordance with established protocols.
  • Educate clients on the laser hair removal process and provide pre/post-treatment care guidance.
  • Work independently with clients to help them reach their aesthetic goals.
  • Collaborate with the clinic team to meet organizational objectives.
  • Ensure a welcoming and comfortable environment by providing top-tier patient care.
  • Maintain accurate medical documentation using electronic medical records.
  • Uphold a professional and clean workspace, including preparing treatment rooms between patients.
  • Perform routine maintenance on laser equipment to ensure optimal functionality.
  • Work in conjunction with Regional Clinical Specialists and Medical Management Specialists regarding patient treatment plans.

Qualifications:

  • Active and unrestricted RN license.
  • Willingness to travel out of state for training, if necessary.
  • Strong passion for delivering outstanding patient care.
  • Able to work 38-40 hours weekly, including rotating Saturdays and evenings.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Capability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Visual acuity to assess clients' skin and operate laser equipment effectively.
  • Proficient in using lasers and office machinery.
