Nurse Educator

Mass General Brigham is seeking a skilled Nurse Educator to join our team in Medford, Massachusetts. As a critical care specialist, you will be responsible for implementing and supporting programs for staff development, education, quality, and evidence-based practice.
The ideal candidate will have a strong presence on the clinical units, advancing competencies of nursing department staff. You will facilitate assessment and identification of practice gaps and learning needs, supporting onboarding, transitions to practice, continuing education, and academic student placement experiences.
Requirements:
- BSN required
- Master's degree in nursing or related field preferred
- MA RN licensure required
- Clinical or professional specialty certification required within 1 1/2 years
- 3-5 years of nursing practice experience required; critical care experience preferred
- Experience in facilitating precepting, training, and education programs required
