POSITION SUMMARY
The Warehouse Operations Supervisor is a vital role within the event production team, responsible for overseeing the onsite experience and execution of our private and designed events.

This position involves participating in the planning and execution of our public, private, and designed events, collaborating closely with the Business Development team and Operations leaders to create proposals, while providing exceptional customer service to our clients and guests.

As the Warehouse Operations Supervisor, you will lead the planning and execution of the physical elements of events as assigned, reporting directly to the Event Production Manager.

This role is crucial in ensuring that the physical and tangible elements in the space meet the client's event objectives and align with the company's core values and operational goals.

You will collaborate with internal teams to successfully execute the client's design and objectives through logistics, production, and onsite execution.

This position requires interaction with internal teams, venue partners, and all suppliers and vendors, as well as occasional client engagement, managing relationships and the full scope of event logistics from consulting through contract development and onsite execution.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • General Event Management: Support the execution of high-quality experience design and service-oriented events with a diverse portfolio of stakeholders.
  • Systematic Thinking: Utilize strong systems-oriented thinking to create, document, and refine processes for scalable experiences.
  • Customer Experience Support: Enhance customer experience in both public and private catered events, focusing on event production, client management, and post-event logistics.
  • Team Collaboration: Support team members in creating a cohesive presence within the event operations team.
  • Hospitality Programs: Contribute to the development of hospitality and customer service programs, including training initiatives.
  • Health and Safety Standards: Build and implement systems to ensure health, safety, and sanitation standards are met.

Event Production:
Manage the planning process for onsite and offsite services, including catering, rentals, and design plans.

Attend client meetings and events as necessary to support event operations and provide feedback to the team.

Develop event travel path maps and onsite checklists, ensuring a seamless execution of events.

Qualifications:
2-3 years of experience in event production or related operations.

Education:
BA in Business Administration, Hospitality, or relevant experience.

Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Google Suite, Slack, Adobe Suite, and project management tools.

Communication Skills:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a focus on customer service.

Work Environment:
This role involves both indoor and outdoor activities, requiring physical stamina and the ability to lift moderate to heavy weights.
