About the PositionWe're seeking a meticulous Maintenance Scheduler to efficiently coordinate maintenance activities and support back-end administrative tasks.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be highly organized, and demonstrate a team-oriented mindset.
This role reports directly to the Cherry Street Energy Director of Operations and Maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:- Schedule and prioritize preventive and corrective maintenance tasks
- Coordinate with technicians, clients, and suppliers
- Manage inventory and equipment resources
- Monitor work order progress and update service records
- Analyze maintenance data to enhance efficiency
- 2+ years of experience in maintenance scheduling, preferably in solar installation or commercial HVAC
- Proficiency in maintenance management software
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and oral communication abilities
- Basic understanding of solar power systems
