About the Position

We're seeking a meticulous Maintenance Scheduler to efficiently coordinate maintenance activities and support back-end administrative tasks.

This role reports directly to the Cherry Street Energy Director of Operations and Maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Schedule and prioritize preventive and corrective maintenance tasks
  • Coordinate with technicians, clients, and suppliers
  • Manage inventory and equipment resources
  • Monitor work order progress and update service records
  • Analyze maintenance data to enhance efficiency
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in maintenance scheduling, preferably in solar installation or commercial HVAC
  • Proficiency in maintenance management software
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication abilities
  • Basic understanding of solar power systems
