Position Title: Events Management Supervisor
Role Summary
We are on the lookout for a seasoned Events Management Supervisor to become part of our embedded team within a Global Security Operations Center (GSOC). This position entails traveling both domestically and internationally to enhance safety and security measures for client events. The Supervisor will be responsible for leading a team of Operators tasked with various responsibilities, including access control, alarm monitoring, and incident management. It is essential for the Supervisor to ensure that all operations comply with established protocols and meet client expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Travel approximately 60% of the time, both within the country and abroad.
- Balance competing priorities between event-related tasks and operational duties.
- Prepare and disseminate notifications to stakeholders.
- Manage incidents that disrupt business operations.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to Operators.
- Oversee quality assurance and staffing processes.
- Identify opportunities for process enhancements and quality improvements.
- Represent the GSOC in meetings with stakeholders.
- Conduct training drills for ongoing Operator development.
- Deliver shift briefings and updates.
- Compile comprehensive reports on service metrics.
- Address customer service inquiries in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with various departments to resolve customer issues.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant discipline.
- Proven experience in team management or leadership roles.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
- Capability to multitask in a dynamic environment.
