Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet all visitors and answer phone calls in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Maintain the front office area in a neat and organized manner.
  • Provide administrative support to all departments as needed.

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or GED.
  • Two years' experience as a receptionist (preferred).
  • Minimum of one year's customer service experience.
  • Prior multi-line phone experience.
