Job Description

We are seeking an energetic and organized receptionist/office services clerk to join our team in our Woodland Hills office. As a key member of our administrative team, you will be responsible for providing excellent support to our attorneys and staff.

  • Greet clients and visitors at the reception desk.
  • Answer, screen, and route phone calls to the appropriate employee.
  • Forward faxes and voicemails to the correct recipient.
  • Organize and clean conference rooms daily in advance of guest arrival and after departure.
  • Maintain office and kitchen cleanliness.
  • Maintain office supplies, kitchen supplies, and general inventory.
  • Serve as the point of contact for office maintenance issues.
  • Assist with incoming and outgoing mail/packages.
  • Process vendor invoices.
  • Organize digital files.
  • Perform additional ad-hoc administrative tasks.

 

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Prior law office receptionist experience is essential.
  • Proficiency in computer software, including Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Diligence and attention to detail are crucial.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • The ability to multitask and work independently with minimal supervision.
