HART GROUP is seeking a seasoned sales professional to drive business growth and lead a team of sales experts. As a Sales Development Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to acquire new clients and expand existing relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business growth targets
  • Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and provide coaching and guidance as needed
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to identify new business opportunities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales plans
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement
Requirements:
  • Proven track record of sales success and leadership experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions
  • Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
Licensing Requirements:
  • Driver's License and ability to work in the U.S. are required
  • Must have a clean background and own transportation
