Job Title: Office Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Support Specialist to provide crucial support to our Controller at Hanna Imports in Raleigh, NC.

The estimated salary for this role is $40,000 - $55,000 per year, based on industry standards and location.

About the Role:

This is a full-time position that requires strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with data entry, maintaining organized records, and performing general office tasks.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with data entry and maintain organized records.
  • Perform general office tasks, including managing correspondence, filing, and responding to inquiries.
  • Support in human resources with onboarding new employees, including document preparation and orientation scheduling.
  • Help manage the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • Provide additional administrative support to the Controller and other team members as needed.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree in business, accounting, or a related field preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and familiarity with accounting software is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Experience in data entry or bookkeeping is an advantage but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate.
