The Senior Analyst for Third-Party Risk Management will play a pivotal role in supporting the Ethics & Compliance Team by enhancing and maintaining a robust Third-Party Due Diligence (TPDD) Program.   • Risk Evaluation: Employ advanced tools and methodologies to analyze third-party information, including compliance with sanctions and regulations.
  • Continuous Monitoring: Ensure the integrity of the TPDD program through ongoing risk assessment and remediation efforts.
  • Data Analysis: Review and interpret due diligence reports to identify potential risks and compliance issues.
  • Reporting: Generate comprehensive reports detailing third-party activities and the effectiveness of the compliance program.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate program requirements and provide training to stakeholders to foster understanding and compliance.
  • Information Management: Collect and maintain due diligence information for thorough risk assessments.
  • Technical Support: Offer technical assistance and finalize assessments based on thorough reviews.
  • Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams to enhance the effectiveness of the TPDD program.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in relevant fields such as compliance, finance, or business; advanced degrees and professional certifications are preferred.
  • Experience: 7-10+ years in compliance, risk management, or related fields, with a preference for experience in cross-functional team environments.
  • Skills: Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills are essential, along with proficiency in relevant software and tools.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build relationships and work collaboratively across various organizational levels.
  • Problem-Solving: Demonstrated ability to address challenges effectively and maintain a positive attitude.
