Position Overview

Bowser Automotive, Inc. is on the lookout for a dedicated Sales Consultant who will ensure an exceptional customer journey in assisting clients to choose their perfect vehicles. The successful applicant will demonstrate excellent interpersonal abilities, comprehensive product knowledge, and a solid grasp of Bowser's sales principles, along with proven sales skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and sustain complete product expertise while keeping abreast of inventory.
  • Clearly articulate the features and advantages of all vehicle models.
  • Accurately assess customer needs for vehicle acquisitions.
  • Understand competitors' offerings, advantages, and limitations.
  • Utilize test drives effectively to highlight product features.
  • Engage in all sales training initiatives.
  • Complete all required documentation in line with Bowser's policies and procedures.
  • Maintain follow-up with owners and prospects.
  • Greet visitors and maintain a professional demeanor.
  • Adhere to confidentiality and red flag policies.
  • Achieve established sales and customer service targets on a weekly, monthly, and annual basis (including follow-up communications with existing clients and new business initiatives).
  • Follow safety protocols as outlined in the Bowser Employee Handbook.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Outstanding customer service capabilities.
  • Valid driver's license in good standing.
  • Sales Certificate or the ability to obtain one from the State of Pennsylvania.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to sit, stand, or walk for no less than 8 hours per workday.
  • Capability to lift up to 20 lbs at a time.
