Bowser Automotive, Inc. is seeking a skilled Sales Consultant to provide exceptional customer service and sales expertise in helping customers select their ideal vehicles. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills, product knowledge, and sales ability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Acquire and maintain total product knowledge and stay up-to-date on inventory.
- Effectively communicate all feature and benefits of all vehicle models.
- Qualify customers for vehicle purchases and provide personalized recommendations.
- Stay informed about competitors' features, benefits, and shortcomings.
- Utilize demonstration rides to reinforce product features and enhance the customer experience.
- Participate in sales training programs and stay current on industry developments.
- Complete all necessary paperwork in compliance with Bowser policies and procedures.
- Maintain owner-follow up and prospecting activities.
- Welcome guests and conduct oneself in a professional manner.
- Comply with red flag and confidentiality policies.
- Meet established goals regarding sales and customer service initiatives.
- Comply with safety policies and procedures outlined in the Bowser Employee Handbook.
- Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Valid driver's license in good standing.
- Sales Certificate or ability to obtain Sales Certificate with the State of Pennsylvania.
