Job Summary

As a Program Manager II at SNC, you will be responsible for providing oversight in all phases of business, coordinating with Product Line Directors and other corporate entities to drive strategic business operations for assigned projects/programs. You will operate with specific focused responsibility for customer relationship, cost, schedule, and technical planning, resource planning/tracking and reporting, technical execution, and ensuring overall program performance objectives are achieved.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic leadership and direction to program teams to ensure successful project delivery
  • Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and profitability
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate program risks
  • Manage program budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure alignment with business objectives
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, vendors, and partners
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure program excellence
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or technical related discipline
  • Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of required education
  • Proficient leadership abilities, including successful change management, mentoring, career development, training, succession planning, holding people accountable, and conducting yearly reviews
  • Ability to manage complex situations, delegate authority, lead and inspire teams, drive innovative thinking, instill collaboration, drive for success, challenge status quo, and demonstrate adaptability to dynamic situations
  • Experience in team building, time management, conflict resolution, communication, briefing, presentation, strategic thinking, marketing, and literacy in program management disciplines
  • Experience with evaluation of requests for proposals and/or quotes, preparing, reviewing, and submitting proposals and/or quotes
Preferred Qualifications
  • Typically 5-12 years of related experience or Master's in Engineering, Aviation, or Management and typically 5-12 years of program management experience
  • Aviation integration experience, including jet integration
  • Understanding of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations (DFARS)
  • Working knowledge of Program Management Institute Program Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) and Program Management Professional (PMP) Certification
  • Managing projects using Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI), agile, and/or spiral development models
  • Managing projects requiring Earned Value Management Understanding with application tools and data architectures
