We are seeking a talented Sales Associate to join our team at Hawk Ford of St. Charles. As a trusted name in the industry, we offer a competitive $55,000 - $75,000 per year salary package, including benefits such as medical plans, dental plans, vision, life insurance, 401k retirement plan, paid vacation, paid personal days, paid holidays, and an employee assistance program.

In this role, you will be responsible for meeting with customers, understanding their vehicle needs, and delivering exceptional sales and service experiences. You will also be expected to stay up-to-date on new products, features, and technologies, and to contribute to the growth and success of the dealership.

Key responsibilities include realizing customer satisfaction, determining vehicle needs, demonstrating vehicles, delivering vehicles, attending sales meetings, maintaining an owner follow-up system, staying up-to-date on new products, establishing income goals, and reviewing actions at the end of each day, week, month, and year.

To succeed in this role, you must have superior customer service skills, excellent communication skills, and be able to stay motivated and productive in a fast-paced environment. You must also take factory tests and become a certified salesperson, understand federal, state, and local laws governing retail auto sales, introduce customers to service department personnel, carry out sales, customer service, and job performance as indicated in the Sales Consultant Performance Checklist, and maintain an acceptable driving record.
