Job Summary

New Season Treatment Centers is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Part-Time Dosing Nurse to join our team. As a key member of our clinical staff, you will play a vital role in providing safe and effective medication administration to our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Medication Administration: Administer medications to patients as prescribed by physicians, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Inventory Management: Conduct daily counts and maintain accurate records of medication inventory, ensuring that all medications are properly stored and secured.
  • Patient Support: Provide emotional support and guidance to patients, observing their demeanor and reporting any concerns to the Medical Director or Registered Nurse.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate with patients, staff, and physicians to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed medical records, including patient vital signs, lab results, and medication administration records.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations, including HIPAA and 42 CFR Part 2, and maintain confidentiality of patient information.
Requirements
  • Education: Active nursing license in the state where the clinic is located.
  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year of direct patient contact experience, preferably in a clinical setting.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Working Conditions

This is a part-time position, requiring 15-20 hours of work per week. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to providing exceptional patient care.
