Position Overview: As a Hospice Aide/Certified Nursing Assistant, you will be responsible for delivering care to patients in their residences, reporting directly to the Administrator, Executive Director, or Patient Care Manager Senior.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting patients with personal hygiene and daily living activities.
- Ensuring a safe and healthy environment for patients.
- Preparing light meals as needed.
- Providing essential emotional and psychological support to patients and their families.
Qualifications: Candidates should possess a compassionate and empathetic demeanor, a valid CNA license, a minimum of six months of experience in patient care, a current driver's license, automobile insurance, and CPR certification.
