Hospice Director

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Executive Director to lead our Hospice team in Carlisle, PA. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our hospice location, ensuring the highest level of care and service to our patients and their families.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Management: Provide strategic direction and oversight to our hospice team, ensuring effective management of resources and personnel.
- Patient Care: Ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care, adhering to industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Staff Supervision: Supervise and evaluate the performance of hospice staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent patient outcomes.
- Financial Management: Manage financial resources effectively, ensuring compliance with budgetary requirements and optimizing revenue streams.
- Communication and Collaboration: Foster strong relationships with patients, families, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Education: Registered Nurse with a minimum of an Associate's Degree in Nursing, Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) or related field preferred.
- Experience: Minimum one year management/supervisory experience in hospice or home health, two or more years' experience in hospice/home care required.
- Licenses and Certifications: Current license to practice nursing in the state of employment, CPR Certification, and valid driver's license.
