Executive Director - RN Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Executive Director - RN to join our team in Carlisle, PA. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our hospice location, ensuring the highest level of quality care and service to our patients and families.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Management: Provide strategic leadership and direction to our hospice team, ensuring effective management of resources and personnel.
  • Quality Improvement: Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and satisfaction.
  • Compliance and Regulatory: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards, maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Financial Management: Oversee financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and expense management.
  • Human Resources: Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork.
Requirements:
  • Education: Registered Nurse with a minimum of an Associate's Degree in Nursing, Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum one year management/supervisory experience in hospice or home health, two or more years' experience in hospice/home care required.
  • Licenses and Certifications: Current license to practice nursing in the state of employment, CPR Certification, and valid driver's license.
