Position Type: Full-time Contract, Temp to Perm.
Duration: 06-12 Months
Location: Onsite
As a facilities technician, your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting on-site preventative maintenance, routine repairs, and calibrations.
- Addressing basic, non-complex issues and escalating more complicated problems to senior technicians.
- Utilizing your experience and technical expertise in preventative maintenance and system operations to assess service needs.
- Informing management about preventative maintenance inspections conducted and recommending corrective actions.
- Collaborating in a team-oriented environment to share knowledge and distribute workload while ensuring client satisfaction.
- Maintaining a safe working environment daily and adhering to all safety protocols.
- Executing additional tasks as assigned.
- Demonstrating flexibility to work overtime, be on-call, and work weekends as necessary.
- Seeking a technician with HVAC knowledge and relevant experience to address potential HVAC issues.
Education and Experience Requirements:
- A High School Diploma or equivalent, with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience, or a 2-year post-secondary/Associates Degree with 0 to 2 years of related experience.

Compensation and Benefits:
Pay Range: $25-$30/hr.
Compensation will be determined based on various factors, including education, work experience, location, specific job duties, and certifications.
