Position Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and innovative Associate Community Manager to become a vital part of our newly formed Digital Strategy team within the Digital Growth function. This role is crucial in managing the dynamic social communities for our prominent brands, including Arm & Hammer and Oxiclean. The Associate Community Manager will oversee content strategy, creation, daily engagement, and community interaction. This position will also involve strategic planning and the amplification of significant campaigns and product launches in collaboration with key agency partners on social media platforms. Influencer discovery and management will be an essential aspect of this role, with a focus on driving growth in social media followings and engagement metrics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Craft, implement, and share high-quality social media content across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and Pinterest, while assisting in content ideation and creation.
  • Oversee the placement and performance of organic and paid media assets.
  • Respond to community inquiries and comments within 24 hours, ensuring a high-quality experience for users.
  • Monitor social media channels for user-generated content, product feedback, and emerging trends.
  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) on a monthly basis.
  • Collaborate with inter-agency teams to develop and execute annual brand plans and strategic social initiatives.
  • Create, curate, and share engaging social media content.
  • Build and maintain a network of influencers through discovery, recruitment, and relationship management.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to support various business areas through social media efforts.
  • Analyze campaign performance and report on KPIs.
  • Participate in meetings with cross-functional and inter-agency teams, capturing action items and executing aligned plans.
  • Execute digital marketing campaigns effectively.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree required.
  • 3-6 years of relevant experience, demonstrating success in managing top social media platforms.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a preference for candidates with community management and copywriting experience.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, capable of prioritizing multiple projects.
  • Ability to edit social and video content in-house is a plus.
  • Experience with social analytics and planning tools.
  • Willingness to monitor social media communities outside of regular hours, including weekends.
  • A creative and innovative mindset, combined with respect for the company's legacy.
