- 15+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field
- Proven track record of success in driving business growth and revenue
- Strong leadership and management skills, with experience leading cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders
- Ability to think strategically and develop innovative solutions to complex business problems
- Master's degree or equivalent experience

- Experience working in the space market or a related industry
- Ability to gain internal support and operate independently with limited supervision
