Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough resident evaluations to identify individual needs and develop personalized care plans.
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing treatments, and monitoring patient progress.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery and address any concerns or issues that may arise.
- Supervise and guide unlicensed staff to ensure they are providing high-quality care and adhering to established protocols.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest infection prevention practices and ensure compliance with CDC and CMS standards.
