Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive diagnostic assessments of patients' needs and psychosocial status.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans and provide psychotherapy, group, and family therapy as needed.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop treatment goals for patients.
  • Provide documentation of patient information and complete necessary reporting in accordance with departmental standards and federal and state regulations.
  • Provide direct clinical supervision to interns and assigned staff.
Requirements
  • Licensure: One or more of the following required: Clinical Counselor, Counselor, Social Worker specializing in Clinical Practice, or Social Worker.
  • Education: Master's degree required.
