Position Summary:

The Client Engagement Specialist serves as the primary representative for our organization, dedicated to providing outstanding service and assistance to our esteemed clientele. You will interact with customers through various communication channels to address questions, resolve challenges, and ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience. Your skills in empathy, effective communication, and problem-solving will be essential in cultivating enduring relationships with our clients.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional client service by swiftly addressing inquiries and resolving challenges through phone or virtual communication.
  • Establish rapport and trust with clients by actively listening to their concerns, comprehending their needs, and proposing suitable solutions.
  • Identify opportunities to showcase Waldom's value proposition as the preferred distributor.
  • Inform clients about products, services, and company policies to enhance their overall satisfaction and experience.
  • Develop and maintain robust relationships with both new and existing clients to support them throughout the sales process.
  • Ensure accurate and efficient processing of orders, returns, and exchanges, adhering to established protocols and timelines.
  • Comprehend pricing regulations, minimum order quantities, and purchase order minimums.
  • Collaborate with cross-departmental teams to meet client needs and enhance processes.
  • Maintain precise records of client interactions, transactions, and feedback within the CRM system.
  • Recognize trends, patterns, and recurring issues in client orders/inquiries and escalate them to the relevant teams for resolution.
  • Assist in reconciling discrepancies between order records, invoices, and inventory levels.
  • Proactively follow up with clients to ensure their satisfaction and collect feedback for ongoing improvement.
  • Stay informed about product features, industry trends, competitor activities, and best practices to better assist clients and drive engagement.
  • Uphold company values and brand reputation by consistently delivering professional service to all clients.

Qualifications:

  • 1 – 3 years of relevant experience is preferred.
  • Experience in the Electronics sector is advantageous.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required; an associate degree is preferred.
  • Prior experience in customer service, sales, or a related field is beneficial.
  • Demonstrated experience in order entry, data entry, or a similar administrative role.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with the capability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to empathize with clients and maintain composure under pressure.
  • Proficiency in utilizing CRM software and other relevant tools for managing client interactions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to think critically and creatively to resolve issues.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
  • Ability to work independently or collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
  • A positive attitude, enthusiasm for assisting others, and a commitment to delivering exceptional client experiences.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 25 pounds.
  • Ability to sit for extended periods, up to 8 hours a day.

Working Conditions:

  • Standard office environment with occasional exposure to the warehouse.
