Customer Service Associate Job Description

At Creative Financial Staffing, we are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Associate to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring every interaction leaves a positive impression of our company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner via phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist customers with product/service questions, order placements, returns, and troubleshooting.
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently, escalating complex cases to the appropriate department when necessary.
  • Provide accurate information about products/services, policies, and procedures.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, and promotions.
  • Process orders, forms, applications, and requests as needed.
  • Track and follow up on customer interactions to ensure resolution and satisfaction.
  • Document customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes and enhance overall customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in customer service or a similar role.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and efficiently.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems; experience with specific software is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays if needed.
