Water Resources Project Coordinator
We are seeking a highly skilled Water Resources Project Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our engineering department, you will play a critical role in assisting our project managers in coordinating and administering design and construction of water resource projects. Your expertise in engineering, project management, and data analysis will enable us to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities
* Assist capital program management and project management teams in implementing and administering InVision and eBuilder applications
* Assist the engineering team in data quality assurance activities, including data formatting, data quality control, and data/file uploading to enterprise systems
* Manage and track electrical safety programs and recommendations from property insurers
* Support the engineering function in driving completion of established initiatives
* Coordinate data requests from and to the business
* Administer functional support work processes for design, project delivery, and construction activities for water resource system projects
* Input and analyze data for department work processes, business systems, and reports, preparing variance reports as required
* Assist in preparing documents related to the capital program budget and monitoring expenditures to budget according to Capital Program Management policies and procedures
* Prepare and analyze key performance indicator reports and support the management and record retention of files, records, drawings, reports, maps, charts, budgets, and other data related to engineering and construction projects

Requirements
* Associate's degree in Applied Science, Project Management, Engineering, or Engineering Technology; Bachelor's degree preferred
* 2 years of experience in engineering, project management, or a related field
* Strong business acumen and judgment
* Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines
* Effective quantitative and analytical skills, attention to detail, effective verbal and written communications skills, and strong interpersonal skills
