Medical Assistant Apprentice Position

Sea Mar Community Health Centers is seeking a highly motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as a Medical Assistant Apprentice. Job Responsibilities- Assist healthcare providers with patient care and administrative tasks
- Perform various clinical and technical procedures, including vital signs, EKGs, and laboratory tests
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and charts
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
- Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance skills and knowledge
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new procedures and technologies
