Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all procurement activities for Dalkia Energy Solutions, including sourcing, negotiating, and acquiring goods and services.
  • Build and sustain relationships with vendors, suppliers, and service providers to ensure high-quality and cost-effective procurement solutions.
  • Work closely with other departments to identify their procurement requirements and provide insights on procurement processes and best practices.
  • Monitor stock levels and liaise with suppliers to guarantee timely delivery of goods and services.
  • Implement cost-reduction strategies and negotiate advantageous terms with vendors.
  • Maintain precise and current records of all procurement transactions.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and new procurement technologies to enhance the procurement process and minimize costs.
  • Comply with all company policies and procedures, as well as federal and state regulations.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in procurement or supply chain roles.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication abilities.
  • Highly organized with the capacity to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and procurement management software.
  • Understanding of supply chain and procurement best practices.
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team.
