We are seeking a skilled Attorney with 8-15+ years of experience, particularly in representing creditors. A strong background in Bankruptcy law is highly advantageous for this position.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

Compensation and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary based on experience, an annual discretionary bonus, and a billable hour expectation of 1920 hours per year. The salary range for this role is $120,000 - $195,000, aligning with Tiers 5-7 of our Attorney Compensation model. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including 100% medical, vision, and dental coverage, along with a 401k/profit-sharing plan, where the firm contributes 3% of the employee's annual salary.

Qualifications:

  • Key requirements include 8-15+ years of litigation experience, with a preference for expertise in Real Estate, creditor rights, and bankruptcy, along with a valid California law license.

Location:

This position offers the flexibility of complete remote work, full-time office placement, or a hybrid arrangement based on the candidate's preferences.
