We are seeking a skilled Attorney with a robust background in litigation, particularly in creditor representation, with 8-15+ years of experience. A strong foundation in Bankruptcy law is highly desirable for this role.

Compensation and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary based on experience, an annual discretionary bonus, and a billable hour expectation of 1920 hours per year. The salary range for this position is $120,000 - $195,000, corresponding to Tiers 5-7 of our Attorney Compensation model. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including 100% medical, vision, and dental coverage, as well as a 401k/profit sharing plan with a firm contribution of 3% of the employee's annual salary.

Qualifications:

  • Candidates must possess 8-15+ years of litigation experience, with a preference for expertise in Real Estate, creditor rights, and bankruptcy, along with a valid California law license.

Location:

This position offers the flexibility of complete remote work, full-time office placement, or a hybrid arrangement based on the candidate's preferences and qualifications.
