Job Summary

The Financial Analyst will play a critical role in supporting the FP&A Supervisor and Senior Manager in managing ongoing reporting and analysis. This position requires a strong financial reporting background, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain recurring performance-oriented reports, including bi-weekly and month-end analysis and commentary.
  • Build and maintain relationships with various stakeholders, including financial systems, business support teams, and client service teams.
  • Attend and lead staff meetings across business support functions.
  • Contribute to process improvement, ownership, and project management initiatives.
  • Support FP&A reporting and analysis on an ad-hoc basis or as back-up for colleagues.
Requirements
  • BA/BS degree in Finance, Management, Computer Science, or related majors.
  • 2+ years of experience in financial analysis and reporting or equivalent.
  • Advanced Excel capabilities and experience with MicroStrategy, Tableau, Power BI, or similar visualization and reporting products.
