Job Title: Director of Motion Products

Aerotech, Inc. is seeking a visionary leader to spearhead the strategic direction and daily operations of our standard motion products division at our global headquarters in Pittsburgh, PA.

We are a market leader in engineering and manufacturing motion control and high-precision automation solutions. Our world-class products serve diverse markets such as industrial, medical, research, and aerospace, pushing the boundaries of what's possible.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute the Motion Products division strategy that aligns with the company's overall goals and objectives.
  • Drive revenue growth, profitability, and market share through strategic initiatives and partnerships.
  • Lead a team of technical, customer-facing personnel to deliver exceptional results.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and manage products and services that meet customer and market needs.
  • Manage and oversee the financial performance of the division, including budgeting, forecasting, and P&L responsibility.
  • Analyze division performance metrics and KPIs to track progress toward goals and make data-driven decisions.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or technical field required. MBA or relevant business experience preferred.
  • Minimum of eight years experience in a leadership role within a business unit or technical industry.
  • Minimum of four years experience in managing teams, required.
  • Experience in managing and/or working with highly technical products is required.
