Position Summary:

We are in search of caring and understanding male support specialists to become part of our team. The selected individuals will be tasked with aiding clients in their everyday activities, offering emotional encouragement, and ensuring a secure and pleasant environment.

Primary Duties:

  • Assist clients with essential daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and personal grooming.
  • Provide companionship and emotional reassurance.
  • Carry out light housekeeping duties and prepare meals.
  • Observe and communicate any changes in the client's health, behavior, and requirements.
  • Accompany clients to various appointments and social outings.
  • Uphold client confidentiality while respecting their dignity and privacy.

Qualifications:

Demonstrated experience in a caregiving role.

Empathetic and kind disposition.

Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

Capability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively.

Possession of a valid driver's license and dependable transportation.

First Aid and CPR certification is advantageous.

Completion of a background check and provision of references are required.
