Job Title: RN Manager Neuro Full Time Nights

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced RN Manager to join our team at Doctors Medical Center of Modesto. As a RN Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating the services of staff to patients during the designated shift, ensuring that patient care is appropriate to the age and developmental level of patients served.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate services of staff to patients during the designated shift
  • Assure patient care is appropriate to the age and developmental level of patients served
  • Assess staff need for the unit and collaborate with the staffing coordinator, Nurse Director, and Administrative Nursing Supervisor to ensure patients needs are met
Requirements:
  • Three to five years acute care experience or equivalent
  • RN skills as described for designated unit
  • Managerial Communications preferred
  • California Registered Nursing license
  • BLS certification
  • ACLS certification
  • TCAR required within 12 months of hire/transfer
  • National Institute of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) education module within 6 months of hire or transfer into unit and must maintain thereafter
Working Conditions:
  • Frequent standing/walking
  • Lift/position up to 50 lbs. Push/pull up to 50 lbs of force
  • Reaching, stooping, bending, kneeling, crouching
  • Manual dexterity and mobility
  • Ability to move quickly
