RN Manager Neuro Full Time Nights

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse Manager to join our team at Doctors Medical Center of Modesto. As a RN Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating services of staff to patients during designated shifts, ensuring patient care is appropriate to the age and developmental level of patients served.
Key Responsibilities- Assess staff need for the unit and collaborate with the staffing coordinator, Nurse Director, and Administrative Nursing Supervisor to ensure patients' needs are met.
- Utilize the nursing process and organizational/leadership skills to coordinate services of staff to patients during designated shifts.
- Ensure patient care is appropriate to the age and developmental level of patients served.
- Three to five years acute care experience or equivalent.
- RN skills as described for designated unit.
- Managerial Communications preferred.

Pay Range: $59.24 - $94.79 hourly
Individual wages are determined based upon a number of factors including, but not limited to, an individual's qualifications and experience
