About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse Shift Manager to join our team at Doctors Medical Center Modesto. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will utilize your nursing expertise and leadership skills to coordinate patient care services during your designated shift.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate patient care services during your designated shift, ensuring seamless communication with the healthcare team.
  • Assess staff needs and collaborate with the staffing coordinator, Nurse Director, and Administrative Nursing Supervisor to ensure patient needs are met.
  • Utilize the nursing process to provide high-quality patient care, prioritizing patient safety and satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure effective patient care, addressing any concerns or issues promptly.
Requirements
  • Current California RN license.
  • BLS certification.
  • TCAR required within 12 months of hire/transfer.
  • Three to five years acute care experience or equivalent.
  • RN skills as described for designated unit.
  • Managerial Communications preferred.

Pay Range

$85.94 hourly

Individual wages are determined based upon a number of factors, including qualifications and experience.
