Job Description

As an Accounting Specialist at Intrinsic Technology Group, you will be responsible for preparing and organizing financial documents using computers programmed with E-automate and ConnectWise software. Your tasks will include preparing and posting all invoices and sales receipts, processing checks and ACH wire transfer payments, reconciling statements with regards to creditors and debtors, and updating and maintaining internal accounting records, including ledgers, invoices, and receipts. You will also ensure compliance with company accounting procedures and perform cost increase and escalation audits, as well as work on collections and purchases.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and organize financial documents using E-automate and ConnectWise software
  • Prepare and post all invoices and sales receipts
  • Process checks and ACH wire transfer payments
  • Reconcile statements with regards to creditors and debtors
  • Update and maintain internal accounting records, including ledgers, invoices, and receipts
  • Ensure compliance with company accounting procedures
  • Perform cost increase and escalation audits
  • Work on collections and purchases
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need an Associate's degree in Arts, Accounting, Finance, or a related field, such as Business or Economics, and 2 years of experience as an Accounting Assistant, Accounting Clerk, or Accounting Associate.

Salary

The minimum salary for this position is $63,149, and the maximum salary is $63,149. The salary is paid on a yearly basis.
