The Recovery Lounge Team Member plays a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences for our members and guests, contributing to the overall success of Cowboys Fit. Our Recovery Lounge Team provides the first impression of our brand to anyone entering our space, greeting, acknowledging, and assisting all members and guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain an active knowledge of all Recovery services and promotions to provide expert advice to members and guests.
  • Proactively contact new members to onboard them with their complimentary services, ensuring a seamless experience.
  • Advise members and guests on services that align with their goals, driving sales and revenue growth.
  • Assist with maintenance, delivery, and rebooting of Cryo chambers and tanks, ensuring optimal performance.
  • Verify member and guest check-ins, ensuring active memberships and accurate billing.
  • Collect dues and update billing as necessary, maintaining accurate financial records.
  • Respond to member and guest inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Report any issues promptly, ensuring prompt resolution and minimizing downtime.
  • Contribute to maintaining club-wide standards of cleanliness, ensuring a safe and healthy environment.
  • Collaborate with other departments as needed, providing support and assistance.
  • Attend required meetings, staying informed and up-to-date on company policies and procedures.
  • Remain knowledgeable about Cowboys Fit as a company, services, and promotions, providing expert guidance to members and guests.
Requirements:
  • General understanding of the fitness industry, with a focus on customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to work with computers, typing, and using a mouse.
  • Independent, self-starter with strong organizational skills, able to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Adhere to meal and rest break periods, clocking in and out for all shift times.
Certifications and Education:
  • Complete company HR trainings, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Cryotherapy Certification, demonstrating expertise in this area.
Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to lift 45 pounds, with frequent sitting, standing, walking, and stair climbing.
