Cowboys Fit is a dynamic and innovative fitness company that offers a unique experience for its members. We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Recovery Lounge Team as a Recovery Lounge Team Member.
Job Summary:
The Recovery Lounge Team Member plays a vital role in providing exceptional front-line service to our members and guests. This position requires a strong understanding of our services and promotions, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate will be a team player who is able to work independently and maintain a high level of professionalism in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain an active knowledge of all Recovery services and promotions
- Contact new members to set up their complimentary services
- Advise members and guests on services that will help them meet their goals
- Drive sales and ensure the Lounge has the tools and knowledge needed to successfully sell packages/retail
- Assist with maintenance, delivery, and rebooting of Cryo chambers and tanks
- Ensure all members and guests check in and have active memberships
- Collect dues and update billing when necessary
- Assist members and guests with all inquiries and concerns
- Report all issues in a timely manner
- Contribute to maintaining the club-wide standards of cleanliness
- Assist other departments when necessary
- Attend all required meetings
- Maintain an active and working knowledge of Cowboys Fit as a company, as well as services and promotions
- Remain proficient in policies and directives as outlined in the Member Services and Recovery Playbook
Requirements:
- Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- General understanding of the Fitness Industry
- Ability to work with computers
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication skills
- Independent, self-starter with strong organizational skills
- Must be a team player
- Adhere to meal and rest break periods and must clock in and out for all shift times
- Minimum Certifications/Education:
- Must complete company HR trainings
- Cryotherapy Certification
- Minimum Experience:
- 1-2 years customer service experience preferred
- Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to lift 45 pounds
- Typing, using the telephone and computer mouse
- Frequent sitting, standing, walking, and stair climbing
