Intensive Care Unit Nurse

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our Intensive Care Unit team for night shifts. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide exceptional patient care and work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to deliver outstanding results.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients in the ICU
- Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team
- Monitor and manage patient conditions, administering medications and treatments as needed
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes
- Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay current with best practices and industry advancements
- Associate degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of Texas or Compact License
- Minimum 6 months of experience as a Registered Nurse in a direct patient care setting
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification within 6 months of hire (if required)
