We are seeking seasoned MODEL-BASED SYSTEMS ENGINEERING professionals to assist the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) on the Integrated Research and Development for Enterprise Solutions (IRES) contract.

If you possess a minimum of one year of MBSE experience, we are eager to review your resume.

Please note that these positions are not remote. The roles will be based in Colorado.

The expected salary range for these positions is $75,000 - $175,000 annually, based on experience, education, and relevant certifications.

Essential Qualifications:

Minimum Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of experience in Model-Based Systems Engineering.
  • A current DoD 8570 IAT Level II certification or higher (e.g., CCNA-Security, CySA+, GICSP, GSEC, Security+, CND, or SSCP).
  • Possession of, or the ability to obtain, an active DoD Secret Security Clearance.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in systems engineering, virtual environments, and systems engineering methodologies.
  • Strong knowledge of MBSE best practices and relevant controls.
  • Familiarity with tools such as MagicDraw, Cameo, Rhapsody, Windchill, Doors, and Velocity Template Language (VTL).
  • Experience in software engineering, systems administration, and effective database management.
  • Experience with style guides, ontology, model packages, metadata, and data governance.
  • Project management experience.
  • Experience developing and editing Department of Defense Architecture Framework (DoDAF) products.
  • Extensive knowledge in ballistic missile defense and space systems.
  • Professional certifications from INCOSE or related fields demonstrating commitment to professional development.
