Responsibilities:

  • Welcoming and guiding customers through the sales process
  • Assisting customers in finding a vehicle that meets their needs using current inventory sheets
  • Demonstrating vehicle features to enhance the sales process
  • Supporting customers in completing sales applications
  • Collaborating with management to increase sales by inspecting vehicles daily and reporting any issues to the General Manager
  • Ensuring the lot is merchandised correctly to maximize sales

Requirements:

  • High energy and enthusiasm throughout the sales workday
  • Outgoing and friendly personality, especially when handling objections
  • Strong customer service skills and sales track record
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both in person and over the phone
  • Persuasive and able to overcome customer objections during the sales process
  • Proficient in basic business math, including percentages
  • Capable of learning and using basic Microsoft Office, accounting software, and proprietary sales programs
  • Persistent, competitive, and strong work ethic
  • Focused on meeting customer needs to enhance dealership and personal sales
  • Assisting in cleaning and washing vehicles
