We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales team at Bill Cole Automall of Bluefield. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, coaching and developing sales professionals, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the sales team to achieve sales objectives and exceed customer expectations
  • Coach and develop sales professionals to enhance their skills and performance
  • Guide customers through the sales process, ensuring a seamless and satisfying experience
  • Assist in merchandising the lot to maximize sales and customer satisfaction
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction scores and ensure compliance with dealership and manufacturer standards
Requirements:
  • Previous sales experience and leadership/management experience
  • Self-motivated professional with strong team work skills and enthusiasm
  • Ability to lead teams toward monthly objectives and maintain high customer satisfaction scores
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to persuade and overcome customer objections
  • Proficient in basic business math and Microsoft Office, with the ability to learn and use proprietary sales programs
