We are currently looking for a dedicated individual to fill the Hourly Route Sales role.

  • HOURLY PAY: $17.33/hour
  • WORK SCHEDULE: Monday to Friday, approximately 45-55 hours per week.

Position Summary:

Safely operates a delivery vehicle along designated routes to sell, deliver, and merchandise products while ensuring outstanding customer service to various retail outlets.Qualifications:
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Valid driver's license required.
  • Excellent driving record is essential.
  • No more than 2 moving violations in the last 3 years.
  • No DUI offenses in the last 3 years.
  • High school diploma or GED is required.
  • Must pass a job-related assessment with a minimum score of 70%.
  • All offers are contingent upon passing a drug test.
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
  • Stable work history with positive references.
  • Demonstrated sound judgment and adaptability to various conditions.
  • Strong communication, persuasion, and organizational skills.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
Physical Requirements:
  • Regularly required to reach, sit, stand, walk, bend, squat, kneel, climb, drive, and lift up to 32 pounds.
  • Occasionally required to lift and carry up to 48 pounds and push or pull up to 40 pounds.
