Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Cardiovascular Invasive Tech to join our Cath Lab team at AdventHealth Hinsdale. As a key member of our team, you will assist with setting up, scrubbing into, and monitoring cases performed in the cardiac cath/EP lab.

Responsibilities
  • Facilitate room turn over and set up for all cases in the cath lab using sterile technique
  • Provide side by side support to the physician during cases
  • Monitor cases appropriately using the EMR and hemodynamic system
  • Assess and maintain the necessary supplies for the different cases performed and communicate to the lead RT or materials management when items need to be ordered
  • Capture and enter appropriate charges for each case
  • Reconcile billing for historical cases
  • Assist other team members to facilitate the daily workflow for the day which may include patient transport and other necessary duties
Requirements
  • Graduated from an accredited Radiologic Technology program
  • 0 – 2 years of experience required
  • BLS, ACLS, ARRT, and IEMA certifications
  • RCIS/RCES certification preferred
