About the Job

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team at Global Channel Management.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in administrative roles and be proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel. Familiarity with software systems such as SAP and Lotus Notes is also required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enter and set up new inventory information into the OPRA system.
  • Work with maintenance employees to resolve issues related to the OPRA system.
  • Collaborate with the corporate maintenance team to resolve issues within the CMMS system.
  • Assist the maintenance manager with any issues that arise.
  • Assist in scheduling contractors for repairs and document all required information in the OPRA system.
  • Provide administrative support to company personnel on maintenance-related matters.

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
  • Familiarity with software systems (SAP, Lotus Notes)
