Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled Branch Manager to lead our branch operations and drive results. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for supervising all operational and sales functions, developing and executing sales and marketing strategies, and championing individual Team Member engagement and development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Champion and exhibit our guiding principles and core values
  • Recruit, train, and develop branch Team Members
  • Set individual goals, provide performance feedback, and evaluate Team Member performance
  • Ensure each Team Member has an individual development plan and provides mentorship
  • Champion Team Member engagement and connection to corporate strategy
  • Drive results to achieve all branch objectives
  • Develop and execute business plans, managing strategies for branch growth
  • Analyze branch reports and internal performance statistics to forecast results
  • Champion Community Impact and develop relationships within the community
  • Provide feedback for process improvement and competitive positioning
  • Ensure compliance with AAA policies, procedures, and regulations
  • Steward branch resources and expense budget compliance
Requirements
  • Demonstrated track record of successful business decision making, planning, and problem solving
  • Highly developed leadership skills, quantitative and analytical skills, and ability to make data-driven decisions
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and write and execute business and financial plans
  • Excellent planning and project management skills, strong change management skills, and ability to operate in an environment of ambiguity
  • Broad knowledge of Property & Casualty insurance, membership sales and service, and branch operations
  • Outstanding sales and Member service skills and ability to transfer these skills to others
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency with the Google Apps Suite
Education and Experience
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field
  • Valid Driver's License
  • P&C License (Preferred)
  • Insurance industry knowledge helpful but not required
  • +2-3 years of management experience
