Senior Analog Power Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Analog Power Engineer to join our team at RTX. As a key member of our Effector Power and Analog Design (EPAD) Team, you will be responsible for designing, analyzing, simulating, testing, and documenting power conversion circuitry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop power conversion circuitry, including non-isolated and isolated switch mode power converters and linear converters.
- Assist in architecting at the circuit card level and guide ECAD drafters through layout and routing activities.
- Drive to meet schedule concerns and define schedules for circuit level tasking.
- Collaborate with senior engineers to ensure high-quality designs and meet program requirements.
- Present work product to functional and program leadership.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field and 5 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree in Electrical Engineering.
- Experience with power electronics design, including non-isolated converter topologies, analog electronics design, and simulation tools such as MATLAB and MathCAD.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Advanced degree in Electrical Engineering.
- Experience with wide bandgap devices, simulators such as SIMPLIS or SABER, and program management tools such as Earned Value.
- Acting as a liaison between program and functional management in a cross-matrixed organization.
