Job Title: Site Safety Manager

Oakmont Contracting LLC seeks a dedicated and experienced Site Safety Manager to oversee the safety of our employees, subcontractors, and the general public on various construction projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with corporate and project-specific safety programs, as well as federal, state, and local safety standards.

Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement overall project-specific safety programs, working closely with field supervision to plan complex safety aspects of construction, including critical lifts and hazardous material handling.
• Identify known/potential exposures and recommend corrective action, investigating all accidents and incidents, and implementing immediate corrective measures.
• Provide training materials for jobsite personnel, including subcontractors, and review weekly safety meeting reports.
• Ensure that all employees are provided with and using the proper protective equipment and tools for the job.

Requirements:
• 5+ years of experience in construction safety management, preferably in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and industry safety standards.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and train staff.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.

Compensation:
$85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
