Job Summary

You will coordinate patient care and guide a team in delivering high-quality healthcare services as a Clinic Registered Nurse at Baylor Scott & White Health. With expertise in the nursing process, you will assess patient conditions, identify health issues, and create personalized care plans to ensure a safe and effective healthcare experience.

In this role, you will prioritize patient needs, plan care, and make adjustments as needed to meet outcomes. You will also support practice changes through research and hands-on learning, participate in quality improvement initiatives, and build relationships with patients and families to promote relief and healing.

To succeed in this position, you will need a solid grounding in nursing values and patient care standards, familiarity with relevant laws, rules, and regulations, and an awareness of medical terminology and strategies for health promotion, risk reduction, disease prevention, and management.

Responsibilities

Requirements

* 2+ years of experience in a clinical setting
* License Registered Nurse (RN)
* Basic Life Support certification required within 30 days of hiring

Estimated Salary Range

$62,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
